Photo Guidelines
We use the exact photo you upload with your order. To ensure that your submitted photos will be approved, please read our guidelines to help you choose. If you are unsure, please upload a few photos so we can select the most suitable photo to design your custom pet portrait that will have the best overall outcome.
It works best if your pet is in a sitting position (looking at you).
Position your pet at eye level.
Capture your pet as close as possible, we only need their chest, neck and head in the shot).
Make sure all of your pet’s head, ears, neck and chest are in the photo.
Best lighting is achieved either in natural daylight away from direct sunlight OR indoors in a bright area.
Don’t upload blurry photos, screenshot photos, poor quality, high shadowing.
Remember, we need to zoom into your pets unique features like their eyes during our editing. So we need high quality pix with all their parts included.
